Cake Boss!

Today we had the pleasure of having a tasting with the one and only Carlo's Bake Shop AKA TLC's "Cake Boss" in Hoboken, NJ.

We have enlisted Carlo's for my BFF's FABULOUS wedding cake for her June event. They were, as always, lots of fun and a pleasure to work with and we can not WAIT to see the design this summer! While the world has recently gotten to know who Carlo's Bake Shope is after seeing them on TV, we have had the honor of working with them for several years now as they've been a favorite in the industry nationwide for decades.
